Dr. Micetich received his medical training from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. His internship was at Charles Camsell General Hospital in Edmonton and his residency was at the University of Alberta.

Dr. Micetich practiced for seven years at H.R. Uretsky and Associates in Edmonton before moving to Jackson and opening Jackson Regional Women's Center in 1995.

Lane Williams, MD

Dr. Williams is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Williams is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

He and his family moved to Jackson from Sycamore, Illinois, where he had practiced for five years. Before that, he practiced obstetrics and gynecology for six years in Clinton, Iowa.

Pamela Evans, MD

Dr. Evans practices primarily at our office location of 1040 Greystone Square. She also offers appointments at a satellite location in Huntingdon, Tennessee, on a limited basis. In April 2013, she relocated her practice to Jackson and joined the Jackson Regional Women's Center. Her private practice was previously located in Paris, Tennessee, and in Huntingdon, beginning in 1999. Dr. Evans earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1995. She also attended the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis.

Her residency was at the University of South Alabama in Mobile were she was also chief resident of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She won several awards as a resident and a chief resident in Alabama.

She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, with a bachelor's of science degree in chemistry in 1991.

Sandy Fronabarger, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Sandy has more than 10 years of nursing and practitioner experience in obstetrics and gynecology. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Union University and then earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.

She received the Georgia Wilson Award for Excellence in Clinical Nursing. Sandy has served on the Women's Advisory Board for Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Society.

Rachel Holmes, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a Master of Science in Nursing (in the family nurse practitioner track) from Union University. She has clinical experience in family, women’s and children’s health.

Jessica Reese, DNP, WHNP-BC

Jessica is a women's health care nurse practitioner with a doctorate and master's degree in nursing from Frontier Nursing University. She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin and an associate degree in nursing from Freed-Hardeman University. She has clinical experience in women's health, pediatrics, labor and delivery, postpartum, newborn nursery, and gynecological surgery care.
